Speaking when he commissioned another 65 kilometres Mansa township roads, the President said it was a clear demonstration of PF’s commitment to develop the road network system in all the provinces. The 65-km Mansa township roads will be constructed at a cost of US$ 68.98 million by China Henan and China Civil. He reminded Mansa residents that his administration had embarked on an ambitious journey of connecting Zambia through a quality road network system. He said the improvement of roads in Mansa would boost the agriculture and tourism opportunities in Luapula Province.
