The residents have also been reported to be planning a petition for his removal for allegedly failing to deliver to their expectations. Speaking on behalf of the aggrieved residents, Mr Kelvin Ngoma said each time they presented their problems to Mr Siame, he told them he was busy with school and would only address their concerns once he was done with studies.
