Mr Mwila said he would do that by evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the current party programmes, revisit the mobilization and membership recruitment starting with Northern Province. He said while in Kasama he would meet all provincial committee members, district committee members, constituency committee members, four members from each ward (chairman, secretary, chairlady and youth chairperson), and all Members of Parliament as well as councillors.
