Mr Lunda said ActionAid Zambia had started working on a project dubbed Campaign Tracker whose objective was to provide a platform for Zambians to monitor, assess and hold duty bearers accountable. “This project is to provide a platform for Zambians to monitor, assess and evaluate fulfilment of election promises made by the PF during the 2016 election campaign and see what has been implemented for the benefit of the people,” he said.
