And Copperbelt Police commissioner Charity Katanga has refuted claims that the accident was as a result of police officer from traffic department pursuing the motorist. The deceased’s father Emmanuel Siwakwi identified his son as Faston Siwakwi. He was 21. Mr. Siwakwi said his son who was a vendor in the Ndola Central Business district (CBD) used to sell plastic bags to sustain the family.
