Erasmus may never have been a Christian or could never have read the Bible but his wise quote resonates with the biblical quote of cleanliness being next to godliness. Speaking health and environment, it is a fact that preventing a disease is cheaper than treating one and Zambians at large and particularly those in Lusaka have over the years taken their health and environment for granted.
