And Mr Mubatsa identified the need for massive sensitisation of Zambians on the meaning, effects and prevention of climate change, pointing out that positive behaviour change was the surest way to stem the ugly side of climate change. Meanwhile, Mr Mubatsa also implored government to make climate change a priority.
