Wed, 14 Dec 2016 11:17:55 +0000 Dear Editor, The state of some of the newly completed roads is quite deplorable, to the extent that I am wondering whether we really have a quality control system within the Road Development Agency. The worst part is that some of the roads are in very bad shape and right here in Lusaka, the capital city where RDA sits. For a start Lumumba Road after Family 24 has developed some very dangerous potholes. Repairs have been totally amateurish with rabble being used to patch up the potholes leading to a worse and dangerous depressions in which some cars have been stuck while others have had broken axles. If this can be happening in Lusaka what is the situation in outlying towns.
