Tue, 12 Sep 2017 10:14:18 +0000 By Aaron Chiyanzo Bupe Mulenga, a Lusaka PF councillor of Kanyama constituency’s Munkolo Ward 12, was at the weekend involved in a road traffic accident when the vehicle she was driving hit a cyclist who later died on Makeni’s Bayuni Road. The Police were however reluctant to give the full official details of the accident last Saturday, but police sources disclosed that the matter was being handled at Embassy Police Station on Kafue Road. The sources said that the deceased, whose name has been withheld was hit on Saturday, along Bayuni Road in Lusaka’s Makeni Township. The source also confirmed that Ms Mulenga was charged with causing death by dangerous driving but that she was released on police bond.
