In an interview, Mr. Sejani said that there was no hope the PF government would give Zambians a constitution which could stand the test of time. He said the constitution reforms under the leadership of President Michael Sata had lost direction as it was done illegally and without proper consultation and inclusiveness of all major stakeholders. “The Constitution Technical Committee is an illegal entity, there is no law that governs the existence of that committee and it doesn’t have a proper or an all-round representation of the people of Zambia.
