Mr Mulenga has revealed that the infamous cartel is at it again, this time around using some so-called senior members of the ruling party in sponsoring insurgency in the PF. Mr Mulenga cautioned the PF to be wary of the cartel which was still in existence and was determined to disintegrate the ruling party. He said the unorderly manner in which some PF members were behaving towards the party leadership was a sign that the governing party was being destabilised by a proxy of the cartel within the party.
