Tue, 04 Sep 2012 12:17:49 +0000 LONDON, September 4, 2012 – The recent appointment of a Patriotic Front party ideologue as the new Minister of Justice by Zambian President Michael Sata demonstrates a clear disregard for principles of rule of law, said international lawyer Robert Amsterdam.
