Thu, 22 Feb 2018 09:52:06 +0000 By BUUMBA CHIMBULU A COMBINED inspection team from the Consumer Competition and Protection Commission (CCPC) and Lusaka City Council (LCC) has seized 220 packets of expired milk powder from Creamland in Lusaka. An investigation has since been instituted in the seized cargo which is worth K9, 920. CCPC public relations officer Twaambo Chula, said that Land Cream risked being penalised if found guilty of misleading the consumers. Mr. Chula explained after the seizure of the assorted boxes yesterday, the CCPC was tipped off by a Cream Land customer, prompting the two institutions to move in and seize the milk.
