Head of corporate affairs and communications Japhet Banda told a media breakfast yesterday at Lusaka Golf Club that Zambia Sugar was humbled by the sponsorship response from various partners towards the staging of the event. “The aggregate sponsorship of US$180,000 by over 20 partners is encouraging and a sign of confidence that they have in Zambia Sugar and its ability to organise a professional and world class event, “We will ensure a successful tournament that lives up to its reputation as being the prestigious event on the Sunshine Tour calendar,” Banda said.
