By SILUMESI MALUMOGOVERNMENT will not create any new districts because the economy cannot take extra responsibilities, Vice-President Inonge Wina has said.Ms Wina said with the current economic situation, Government would not risk creating any new district. She was responding to UPND Chavuma MP, Victor Lumayi, who wanted to know whether Government would consider creating a new district in Chavuma for development to accelerate.
