HEALTH Minister Dr Chitalu Chilufya has noted that Zam- bians should recognise the loyalty and determination of President Edgar Lungu towards sustaining the country’s freedom as Zambia celebrates its 56th independence anniversary.Dr. Chilufya said Government has continued to strengthen the health systems in the country so that all citizens can remain healthy.He said Government has come up with a number of empowerment programmes aimed at liberating its citizens from poverty. He was speaking when he officiated at this years’ independence day celebration in Mansa yesterday.Dr. Chilufya said as the country continues to pay tribute to the freedom fighters, the peace which the country enjoys should be guarded jealously.
