By JACKSON MAPAPAYIUPND national chairman, Mutale Nalumango, has encouraged youths to obtain National Registration Cards (NRCs) in the ongo-ing mobile registration exercise.Ms Nalumango said it was imperative for every citizen that was eligible to obtained NRC in order to to register as voter. She was speaking in Kashima East, Mufumbwe, when she drummed up support for the UPND candidate, Milner Katoyo in the forthcoming local government by election.She accused the Patriotic Front of being liars who had allegedly failed to deliver meaningful development not just in North-western prov-ince but Zambia as a whole.Ms Nalumango said numerous lies that the PF had been telling Zambians were a sign that they had failed to deliver development. Mu-fumbwe Member of Parliament, Elliott Kamondo, stressed the need for the people in Mufumbwe and the entire North-Western Province to continue supporting the UPND.And Solwezi Central MP, Stafford Mulusa, told the people in Kashima East to vote for the UPND candidate.
