PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has transferred Luapula Province Permanent Secretary, Felix Phiri to the Ministry of Defence.President Lungu has taken PS in Ministry of Defence, Stardy Mwale to Cabinet Office to be in charge of Remuneration Division in the same capacity.And Mr Kashell Mwenya who was PS in charge of Remuneration Division has been transferred to the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure Development in the same capacity.And Housing and Infrastructure Development PS, Charles Mushota has been transferred to Luapula Province.President Lungu has wished all the PSs that have been transferred the best in the new portfolios.The changes were announced yesterday in a statement issued to the Daily Nation by special assistant to the President for press and public relations , Isaac Chipampe.
