By OLIVER SAMBOKOTHE country has continued recording zero new confirmed COVID 19 cases in the last two days, Minister of Health Chitalu Chilufya disclosed at a press briefing yesterday.Dr Chilufya also disclosed that the first two individuals who had tested positive to the virus and admitted at one of the isolation Centre have been discharged after testing negative to COVID 19.Updating the nation at Ndeke House, Dr Chilufya said that cumulatively the cases now stand at 36 with 34 individuals admitted at six isolation Centres in Lusaka while the remaining two are admitted in Masaiti on the Copperbelt under observation.He said all the 53 tests that were carried in the last 24 hours by the Ministry of Health tested negative and added that surveillance has been heightened to ensure early detection and isolation in order to stop new cases in the country.“We had 53 tests and all of them tested negative.
