Opposition UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema’s supporters this afternoon harassed and beat up persons with disability.The person with disabilities had traveled to Hichilema’s residence to air the grievances over his insistence and directive that the UPND will thwart and detail the constitutional amendments as contained in Bill 10.Persons with disabilities have been given representative space to sit in Parliament if Bill 10 is passed.Listen to the audio below.
